Rodrigo Bueno
He is a specialist when it comes to American Barbecue. The 40-year-old Brazilian has extensive experience in the main national and international American Barbecue championships. Pitmaster Brazil Champion and Captain of the Brazilian American Barbecue Team, he participated in the world championships in the United States and Australia competing with great barbecue masters.
Currently, Rodrigo Bueno is a certified judge and member of KCBS (Kansas City Barbeque Society), participated in the technical committee of the Brazilian pitmasters 2020 selection and is a member of the Sociedade do Churrasco TRAMONTINA.
